Larry Baker, Principal
Larry Baker has over 30 years’ experience in Fintech, specializing in Data Management, Technology, Back Office Operations and Systems and Development. He is responsible for the sales, operations and strategic vision of BaySys.
Prior to establishing BaySys, he founded an outsourcing data management firm that provided services for over 75 Advisory firms and Broker/Dealers which was responsible for the daily reconciliation of over 40,000 accounts. This firm was later sold to Advent Software, the firm he previously worked for 8 years in various roles such as Technical Consultant, Custom Report Engineer and Product Manager.
In recent years, Larry was determined to understand and provide solutions to what he found was one of the industry’s greatest challenges – Fee Billing. Working with a full development team, he created the BARS application that has streamlined the billing process and provided remarkable time savings for many advisory firms.
Rajesh Ranjan, Director, India Operations
Mr. Ranjan has over 15 years of experience in the financial services and investment management software industries with an emphasis on financial statement analysis, portfolio reconciliation and performance validation and investment technology automation processes. He has a Master of Business Economics (MBE) with a specialization in Econometric Techniques and Business Planning and Forecasting.
Prior to joining BaySys, he worked as a Research Analyst at a leading provider of business process outsourcing solutions and as a Financial Analyst at a software development company responsible for statement specifications and software automation.
Navin Kumar, Director, India Operations
Mr. Kumar has over 15 years of experience in the financial services and investment management software industries with an emphasis on portfolio management, financial statement analysis and cost accounting. He has an MBA in Finance and is a graduate of the Institute of Cost and Work Accounts of India.
Prior to joining BaySys, he did security and risk analysis
for a brokerage firm and as a Financial Analyst responsible
for the analysis of financial statements.
Data Analysts
Our staff of Data Analysts has been at BaySys Technology since 2007. They are responsible for the design and development of the nightly automation customized for each client, analyzing the reconciliation reports and sending out daily status alerts to our clients. In addition to their responsibilities managing the nightly processes, our Data Analysts are partnered with clients so that they become familiar with the specifics of your operations and can collaborate with your own Operations staff on additional projects as needed.

Hexaview is a top-notch technology provider to startups, mobile organizations & wealth management firms across the globe. BaySys has partnered with Hexaview to provide the technical infrastructure and the development of the BARS billing application.
